Senior Software Development Engineer (Go/C#, Azure)

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join a team responsible for engineering support and feature development for large-scale datacenter edge infrastructure and bare-metal server fleets.

The role focuses on designing, building and maintaining core control plane services, including hardware inspection, firmware management, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and resource orchestration layers.

As a Senior Engineer, you will drive automation, improve operational and diagnostic tooling, and deliver bug fixes and enhancements that streamline fleet onboarding and reduce incident mitigation times. You will also have end-to-end ownership of service health, including security monitoring and compliance.

This position is expected to act as a DRI.

Required skills:

  • Strong Go development skills or for candidates with C# experience willingness to work with Golang
  • Proven experience with Azure and Kubernetes-based cloud-native stack (Docker/containers, K8s, Helm, AKS, Service Bus, Key Vault)
  • Solid foundation in Linux/Unix environments, Computer Architecture, and enterprise hardware concepts (e.g., Dell enterprise edge servers)
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and mitigate live production service issues
  • Strong foundation in secure coding practices, application security, and a threat-aware engineering mindset

Nice to have skills:

  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure management, Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Bicep), scripting, and automated CI/CD deployment pipeline – while it’s a nice to have skill, it’s important for candidates to be ready to do DevOps work, there is no dedicated team for it. 
  • Experience with host attestation, compute firewall management, or platform security (e.g., enterprise hardware security such as Dell PowerEdge attestation) 
  • Hands-on experience building or configuring anomaly detection, alerting systems, and automated incident triage 
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure Security posture, identity management, and compliance tools 
  • Experience applying AI/ML solutions to enhance security monitoring and threat detection 

Location & Work Format:

Location:  United States (Washington, California, Florida, Virginia, Texas, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Wisconsin)
Employment: Full-time, 40 hours per week, W-2 employment. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Expected start date: September 17, 2026
Working hours: PST business hours. Starting from 2027: DRI

Pay range: $50–60/hour. The final compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience, technical expertise and overall skill set.
