We are currently looking for Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team and work on a long-term enterprise project for a leading global tech company.
Responsibilities:
- Own operational health: Monitor node availability, Lead incident response and root cause analysis, Maintain compliance with SLOs
- Lead regional and stamp expansion initiatives.
- Identify and coordinate hardware fixes across datacenters.
- Improve proactive alerting and remediation to minimize manual interventions.
Goals:
- Reduce manual interventions.
- Improve buildout efficiency.
- Enhance end-to-end reliability across regions.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of templating, basic networking, and the ability to connect live site operations with software engineering
- Experience with compliance work, including ensuring up-to-date packages and secure authentication mechanisms
- PowerShell (or another scripting language)
Nice to have:
- Experience with Dell edge servers or managing compute resources
- Experience with Dell iDRAC
Overlap time requirements: until 10 am PST
