Akvelon is looking for a motivated and proactive Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. This is a full-remote, long-term collaboration with ample chances for professional growth.

Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for recruitment processes
- Managing and developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Generating and maintaining candidates pipeline; candidates data processing
- Developing and updating market knowledge in our service areas of focus
- Working with Ukrainian, EU, Middle East and LATAM IT labor markets
Required skills:
- Proven 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment in an outsourcing company
- Full cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical positions
- Experience in successful hiring in Ukrainian, EU, Middle East and LATAM
- Able to create a sourcing strategy using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates) and generate pipelines for each position
- Substantial experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and providing afterward feedback
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and reach deadlines
- Upper-intermediate English
