
Akvelon is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team.
This is a full-remote, long-term collaboration with ample chances for professional growth.

Your responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Develop and sustain a candidate pipeline while managing candidate data effectively.
- Continuously update your market knowledge across our key service areas.
- Recruit talent across Ukrainian, EU, Middle Eastern, and LATAM IT labor markets.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment within an outsourcing environment.
- Hands-on expertise in full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Successful track record of hiring in Ukraine, the EU, and other markets.
- Ability to design effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels, build diverse talent pools (including passive candidates), and maintain strong pipelines.
- Extensive experience in pre-screening, conducting interviews, and delivering feedback.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent time-management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
