We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Scientist / Engineer with a strong research and engineering background in Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models (LLMs) to lead the development of advanced reasoning and summarization systems. You will drive cutting-edge innovation in multi-document understanding, reasoning LLMs, and model alignment techniques, working on greenfield challenges with meaningful, real-world applications.
Requirements:
- Substantial research experience in Reasoning LLMs, Chain of thought, Post training LLMs, RLHF, LLM Alignment, NLP areas
- Hands-on experience with training or fine‑tuning open‑source reasoning LLMs
- Deep expertise in NLP and LLM architectures
- Proven ability to design and run independent research and experimentation
- Strong Python and modern ML tooling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously
Nice to have:
- Applied research experience in Financial (Investing) domain
- PhD in Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Science, or a related field
- Applied research experience in industry
- Contributions to notable open‑source LLM projects (datasets, libraries)
- Publications and/or original research in the area
- GCP experience is strongly preferred
