Project Description:
You will join a high-impact product team within a Fortune 500 company working on one of the most visited platforms globally.
The team owns Posting & Commenting systems — core features that power user conversations. The goal is to make content creation seamless, expressive, and scalable for millions of users.
This role combines engineering execution + technical ownership, influencing architecture and product decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain high-performance iOS applications
- Design scalable, maintainable mobile architecture
- Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams
- Contribute to API design (GraphQL / REST)
- Ensure high code quality (testing, reviews, CI/CD)
- Participate in system design and technical strategy
- Optimize app performance for large-scale usage
Requirements:
- 5+ years of iOS development experience
- Strong expertise in Swift AND Objective-C
- Experience building user-facing apps 1M+ users
- Solid understanding of:
- REST / HTTP / GraphQL
- Mobile architecture patterns
- Experience with:
- Unit / Integration / E2E testing
- CI/CD pipelines
- Code reviews & documentation
- UIKit hands-on experience (recent)
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
Nice to Have:
- AVFoundation / VideoToolbox
- Experience with large-scale consumer apps
- A/B testing experience
Location: remote within Latam only (not open to U.S.-based applicants).
