Our project is an AI-enabled service that redefines digital marketing by integrating a product-focused engineering team with a performance marketing agency. This approach allows us to leverage AI and automation to optimize marketing efforts, offering businesses a more efficient, data-driven alternative to traditional agencies.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5 + years of experience in software engineering, focusing on high-load/large-scale systems.
- Proven experience leading technical projects or small engineering teams.
- Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, PyTest, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQLÂ databases.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Docker, K8s).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Heroku and GCP.
- At least Upper-intermediate English.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in AdTech or MarTech engineering in a senior capacity.
- Exposure to AI and machine learning platforms, APIs, and frameworks.
Overlap time requirements: 10-11 AM PST time zone
