Responsibilities:
- Work with key partners like security and network engineering to define requirements and standards for public Cloud usage.
- Work with Capacity engineering on the supply side to integrate with tooling supporting FinOps
- Understand, document, and communicate best practices for product engineering teams working in public Cloud environments
- Provide Organizational Technical Direction support: Take high level technical constraints (KTLO, New Project etc) to work cross functionally across platform org for buy-in and driving that into technical problem statements via designs and implementation plan
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers via code review and design docs
- Contribute to code improvement of the DBX Infrastructure Stack.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with AWS
- 4+ years of experience with Python
- Experience with Terraform
- CDK for Terraform
- Bazel
- Cloud Automation
- Service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Working with overlap till 12 PM PST
