
We’re looking for a Middle Engineer to join our Hardware Team and work on a large-scale, business-critical infrastructure platform spanning multiple datacenters and Azure regions.
Fully remote from Serbia, Egypt, Bulgaria, Croatia or Poland or from our offices in Belgrade / Gdynia/Cairo. Long-term cooperation with opportunities for growth and professional development.
Technology Stack: Cloud systems, C#, PowerShell, C++, Windows Server
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and evolve hardware, OS, and VM infrastructure
- Participate in server onboarding, configuration, and EOSL hardware retirement
- Work with Windows Server environments and VM infrastructure
- Assist in incident investigation, troubleshooting, and production support
- Contribute to monitoring improvements and automation initiatives
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and infrastructure environments
- Experience with automation using PowerShell and/or C#
- Basic to solid understanding of hardware fundamentals (storage, networking, BIOS, power)
- Experience supporting production systems
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of assigned areas
Nice to have:
- Azure experience
- VM migrations (Gen1 → Gen2)
- Exposure to monitoring or incident management systems
Overlap requirement: 1–3 hours daily overlap with PST business hours (until 10 am PST)
