Middle/ Senior C# Developer

We’re looking for a .NET engineer to support the Azure Front Door, DNS, and Traffic Manager teams. In this role, you will help maintain high-quality engineering systems, improve service reliability, and contribute to tooling that keeps Azure’s global traffic platform running smoothly. Fully remote from Serbia, Bulgaria or Poland, or from our offices in Belgrade / Gdynia. Long-term cooperation with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain internal tools for diagnostics, reporting, and service operations.
  • Add and update automated test cases to prevent regressions.
  • Maintain engineering systems that support daily service workflows.
  • Set up Azure and test environments for debugging and validation.
  • Manage deployments using EV2 for secure, compliant rollouts.
  • Help with required security, compliance, and quality tasks.
  • Run production changes and diagnostics with JIT access, following team guidance

Requirements:

Must-Have

  • C# (.NET).
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git, infrastructure fundamentals: Certificates, VMs, Auth etc
  • Build systems such as MSBuild and dotnet build.

Nice-to-Have

  • Working knowledge of Azure core services, such as API Management, Storage, Cosmos DB, and App Service.
  • Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) or Docker.
  • Understanding of C/C++/Rust build systems.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript for internal tooling
  • Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or ADX, including the ability to write queries using KQL or similar query languages.
  • Understanding of DNS/networking concepts
  • Previous Azure application development experience beyond core services.
  • Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, development or automation workflows.)
