We are looking for a Middle Power BI Engineer with a solid C#/.NET background to support and enhance Windows Compliance Dashboards. The role focuses on reporting compliance and quality metrics for packages across the Windows ecosystem.
Location: Fully remote from Serbia, Poland, Croatia, Portugal, Czech Republic, or Bosnia, or from our offices in Belgrade or Gdynia.
Time Overlap: 1–3 hours daily overlap with PST business hours (until 10 AM PST).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards for package compliance tracking
- Replace placeholder measures with accurate DAX-based compliance logic
- Improve data modeling and reporting structures (transform raw flat tables into structured models)
- Support backend data cleanup and ETL improvements
- Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering stakeholders to define metrics and priorities

Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Power BI and DAX
- Experience with enterprise-level reporting and data modeling
- Analytical mindset and strong BI background
- Familiarity with Azure analytics stack
- C#/.NET experience (required)
