The project is a web-based solution designed to help organizations manage data security and compliance. It enables businesses to control access to sensitive information, ensuring that only authorized users can view specific data. The platform is widely used in industries requiring strict confidentiality, such as legal and financial services.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead QA Engineer (50% Manual QA + 50% Automated Testing, at first will be more manual QA) with proficiency in C# and SpecFlow to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the testing strategy for the project, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Manage and guide the automation process, setting standards and best practices for test automation
- Conduct both manual and automated testing, with a moderate emphasis on automation
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle by coordinating with development teams and other stakeholders
- Monitor and report on test coverage, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing support and direction in both manual and automated testing techniques.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading QA/SDET teams
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of software applications
- Proficiency in automated testing (preferably with C# and SpecFlow)
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in software quality
- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency for clear and effective communication in a global team.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in testing of web applications hosted on Windows and Internet Information Services (IIS)
- Experience with MS SQL Server
- Experience with Postman for API testing.
