We are looking for proactive Junior .NET Engineer to focus on software development and automation/testing.
You will be involved in designing and developing backend services and APIs using C#/.NET, with deployment to Azure Cloud. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your skills while working on real-world projects with modern technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Azure Functions to evaluate and transfer data
- Design and implement scalable, efficient backend systems
- Ensure seamless integration with downstream data sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software architecture and solutions
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core
- Understanding of SQL and experience writing queries
- Familiarity with at least one testing framework: NUnit, TAEF, or MSTest
- Exposure to Shell scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- English language skills at upper-intermediate level.
Overlap time requirements:
- Until 11am PST
- Sometimes meetings up to 13 PST (several times per month)
