We are looking for a Junior–Mid Software Development Engineer (C#) to join a project in the Commerce Compliance domain, supporting an Automated Controls Monitoring team.
In this role, you will help build and maintain automation that connects to multiple data sources, evaluates compliance/control signals via Azure Functions, and pushes results to downstream systems. You will also support AI-enabled monitoring and assistant workflows through context enrichment and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
The project supports a large commercial revenue operations organization by ensuring timely and compliant revenue processing and adapting to changing business needs.
Responsibilities
- Build automation scripts/services using Azure Functions to connect and evaluate data from various sources
- Push evaluated/processed data to downstream data stores/systems
- Support AI-enabled monitoring and assistant workflows by integrating data pipelines, context enrichment, and feedback loops
- Ensure the automation process is efficient, reliable, and well-integrated with existing systems
- Collaborate with the Lead and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, production-ready improvements
Technology Stack
C#, Azure Functions, Kusto (KQL), AI-enabled assistant workflows
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C# (required)
- Azure Functions experience (preferred) or strong ability to ramp up quickly
- Understanding of AI fundamentals in enterprise systems (prompt-driven features, context handling, reliability/safety)
- Good grasp of OOP principles
- English level sufficient for daily communication
Nice to Have
- System design fundamentals (scalable and efficient solutions)
- Experience writing and maintaining tests
- Hands-on experience with Kusto query optimization
