Our Client is a leading provider of comprehensive terminal operating system solutions for marine and intermodal terminal operations worldwide.


  • Developing product and functional requirements and maintaining existing requirements’ documentation, user stories creation and acceptance systems, and their effects/outcomes on business metrics as well as the ecosystem of client’s communities;
  • Analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications;
  • Prioritizing sprint work, clarifying requirements related questions and performing stories acceptance;
  • Aligning stories priorities with project schedule and analyzing issues found by customers in production.


  • 1+ year of working experience in IT (QA, Sales, BA roles);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Skilled at identifying issues, evaluating options, and implementing solutions efficiently;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency;

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL Developer, Postman, API testing;
  • Experience in reporting directly to the US management and communication with customers on their side.
