
Akvelon is looking for a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter based in LATAM who has a strong track record of successful hiring in the region.
This is a full-remote, long-term opportunity to join a global team and work with top-tier clients.
This position is not open to U.S.-based applicants.
Your responsibilities:
- Own and drive full-cycle recruitment processes for technical roles in LATAM and the US
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of LATAM candidates (including passive talent)
- Develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to local markets
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay up to date with LATAM market trends, salaries and talent availability
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment (outsourcing/outstaffing environment preferred)
- Proven success in hiring within LATAM markets (this is a must-have)
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment for technical roles
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Upper-Intermediate+ English
