We are seeking experienced engineers to support the operations and reliability of the large-scale MacCloud platform. This is a hands-on role focused on improving the reliability, automation, and operational efficiency of the platform.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain Mac and Linux infrastructure supporting cloud-hosted macOS environments.
Perform macOS image creation, upgrades, validation, and large-scale rollouts.
Support virtualization platforms, including Anka and related tooling.
Diagnose and resolve platform, networking, hardware, and service reliability issues.
Develop operational automation using AppleScript, Bash, and other scripting technologies.
Monitor fleet health, analyze logs and telemetry, and perform root cause analysis of incidents.
Support Azure and AWS infrastructure, networking, and operational processes.
Author and maintain GitHub Actions workflows and automation.
Drive security, compliance, and dependency management initiatives.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve troubleshooting and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Strong macOS administration experience.
Experience with AppleScript, particularly UI automation.
Strong Bash/ZSH scripting skills.
Experience performing OS and software upgrades at scale.
Linux systems administration experience.
Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and cloud services.
Familiarity with Docker, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure automation.
Strong diagnostic, debugging, and log analysis skills.
Nice to have:
Experience with Anka or other virtualization platforms.
Experience with Azure and/or AWS networking and infrastructure.
Familiarity with Datadog, Kusto, Redis, SQLite, or Service Bus technologies.
Experience with performance testing and telemetry analysis.
Experience with Go, .NET, or other programming languages.
Location: remotely from EU, Serbia, LATAM, (not open to U.S.-based candidates).
